By placing an order with HIGH RISE FABRICATION, you agree to the terms below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final unless explicitly stated in this policy.
Returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not guaranteed and are handled solely at the discretion of management.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Defective Products Only

  • Accepted ONLY for defective items

  • Must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be returned for inspection and testing

  • Approved defects will receive a replacement only, unless otherwise authorized

No refund or replacement will be issued until the item is received and inspected.

Non-Defective Returns (If Approved)

If approved by management:

  • 25% cancellation/restocking fee applies (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

  • Buyer pays ALL return shipping

  • Shipping & service fees are NOT refundable

  • Refunds issued ONLY to original payment method

  • Item must be new, unused, unopened, original packaging

FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and NOT returnable or cancelable, unless explicitly approved by management:

  • Clearance or discontinued items

  • Special-order or custom-ordered items

  • OEM parts

  • Clutch components (including CVT belts)

  • Electrical / electronic components, including:

    • Sensors

    • Actuators

    • Winch controllers

    • Spark plugs

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled after purchase

  • Items cannot be added or removed after checkout

  • Only contact information may be updated

  • Approved cancellations are subject to a 25% fee

BACKORDERED & PRE-SALE ITEMS

  • Backordered or pre-sale items cannot be canceled

  • Delivery timelines are ESTIMATES ONLY

  • Backorder status does not waive restocking or cancellation fees

  • Some items are ordered specifically for your purchase

90-Day Backorder Policy

  • If an item is not delivered within 90 days, a 100% refund (no fee) may be requested

  • Cancellation requests within 90 days are at management discretion and subject to 25% fee

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping

  • Oversized items may incur additional freight charges

  • Shipping delays may occur due to carriers or special orders

Once a package leaves our facility, HIGH RISE FABRICATION is NOT responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Damage caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers

Shipping claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Photos required

  • Cosmetic shipping damage does NOT qualify for refund or replacement

ABANDONED ORDERS

  • 3 phone attempts and 3 email attempts will be made within 30 days

  • After 30 days, items are ABANDONED

  • Abandoned items are discarded with NO refund

  • Storage beyond 30 days may incur $10/day fee

FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION

  • Orders are inspected and shipped under video surveillance

  • Returns reviewed per customer

  • We reserve the right to deny any return, refund, or cancellation
